Neutriherbs Vitamin C Brightening & Glow Lip cream nourishes and soothes dry lips, Rich emollients comfort, give lips a satiny-smooth look and feel. Helps repair lips’ natural moisture barrier with antioxidants, make lips look fuller, more hydrated, and plumper.
