Neutriherbs Vitamin C Toner is an alcohol-free formulation to cleanse and soften skin. Containing Vitamin C, it can achieve whitening from the inside out, while various rich plant extracts give your skin a smoother complexion and healthy glow. Infused with Witch Hazel Extract, this gentle formula visibly refines skin and tightens pores for enhanced clarity.

Vitamin c toner is based on water-soluble ingredients, so it is necessary to use it before using other products. Try the vitamin c toner first, it can further maintain moisture for the skin and keep the stratum corneum in a hydrated state, it is good for other ingredients to absorb.

Apply to cleansed skin with a cotton pad until the vitamin c toner has been fully absorbed by the skin. The vitamin c toner should be used twice daily, in the morning and evening.
